How do we quote and work?
You tell us about the garden, ideally with photos. We arrange a visit to look at the space, the levels, the soil and how materials will get in. You then receive a written quote that lists what is included, so you can compare it with others.
Nothing starts until you agree. If something unexpected turns up once work is under way, such as old foundations or a buried drain, we tell you what we found and what it changes before carrying on. We also look after the route through your house and tidy up at the end of each working day.
